BlackBerry Master Control Program (MCP) is a power tool for BlackBerry devices designed for moderate to advanced users.

With MCP you can easily load/save/erase any module you want, take screenshots of your device, turn the radio on or off, synchronize the time on your device to your PC, reset to factory settings (remove IT policies), perform a handheld wipe... and tons of other cool stuff!

The MCP Live Support tool offers me the ability to view and interact with your desktop using UltraVNC-SC ("Single Click") so I can help you with MCP.

If you don't need help with MCP you should not download this tool.

Fair warning... almost all non-commercial remote control tools (including my MCP Live Support tool) cause many virus scanners to display an alarm to the user that support.exe contains a trojan or virus. This is unavoidable even in this case where MCP Live Support is 100% legitimate. For this reason I am forced to remove support.exe from the installers... I don't want MCP installations triggering false alarms and giving people heart attacks.

If you decide to download this tool you can move support.exe to your MCP\bin folder. Once you do that, the "MCP Live Support" link on the MCP Welcome page AND the shortcut on your Start Menu WILL WORK every time. Just keep in mind that your virus scanner will work overtime.

Please keep in mind that this tool only works if I am at one of my computers and I have time to accept the remote support request.

In fairness to me and my effort for "full disclosure" (above)... any poor ratings of this tool will be deleted if the rating is based on false virus reports.
